Introducing Hybrid Homeschool Enrichment at Dehner Elite Arts Academy (DEAA) — a supportive, arts-integrated academic environment where you bring the curriculum, and we teach your child!

Launching January 2026, this K–12 program meets Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM, offering structured academic tutoring, creative development, and small-group learning for homeschool families.

Run by a State of Florida certified educator with multiple endorsements, DEAA blends your homeschool curriculum with the inspiring Leonard Bernstein Artful Learning methodology to help every learner thrive academically and creatively.

Weekly Schedule

Wednesdays & Fridays — 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM

9:00–9:15 AM: Morning Meeting & Mindful Warm-Up
9:15–10:45 AM: Academic Tutoring Block (ELA/Math using your curriculum)
10:45–11:00 AM: Movement or Sensory Break
11:00 AM–12:00 PM: Academic Tutoring Block (Science/Social Studies)
12:00–12:30 PM: Lunch / Recess
12:30–1:45 PM: Artful Learning Lab: Masterwork Creations
1:45–2:00 PM: Pack-Up & Reflection

DEAA will follow Volusia County Schools’ closure calendar, and families will receive a detailed policy & procedures handbook.
